Revised registration cancellation policy for IREM courses (NOTE: this version includes the addition of a change fee under the second bullet)

Starting January 1 for classroom and live online certification courses, the updated cancellation policy includes:

• More than 7 days before course start time (previously 72 hours) – refund or transfer to another course.
• 24 hours to 7 days before course start time (previously 24-72 hours) – refund less a cancellation fee of $150 or transfer less a change fee of $150.
